11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTENNA RELEASING AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification).

14) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Missouri without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
